The conference is attend by hundreds of meteorologists, storm chasers and weather enthusiasts of all types. Over the weekend, we will hear almost 40 presentations about new weather technology, and case studies about specific storms. It's like continuing education for meteorologists. Today, I win be presenting a paper with Quad Cities National Weather Service meteorologist Ray Wolf. We will be sharing our findings about the big wind storm that blew acrosslowa, Johnson, -Keokuk and Washington counties on June 29, 1998.
