* I purchased this beautiful unit on 5/9/2021 with 62,071 miles on it. My son and I had fun trips in it. The previous (2nd) owner purchased it with 50,000 miles on it and used it for about 12,000 miles. It now has approximately 63,441 miles.
* All necessary maintenance has been completed by each owner (3) including myself.
* The oil was changed (papers are in the owner manual) this past spring as well as the rear differential fluid (which wasn't due yet).
* The complete original Owner’s Manual with information on all systems and appliances is kept conveniently inside the RV and all documents are included in this manual.
* We are selling this only because we no longer need the bed over the cab option, and we are purchasing a class B model.
* We are located in Ankeny, Iowa. (For some strange reason the location keeps defaulting to Nevada and this is incorrect - I've corrected this multiple times - we are in Ankeny, Iowa.)
